Thanks for showing interest in one of our beautiful homes.  We understand how difficult it can be to find a new home.  We know how frustrating it can be to spend lots of time and money searching for a new place, paying application fees and still not being offered a lease.  In an effort to make the application process more efficient, we require our candidates to submit a preliminary rental inquiry form before scheduling a tour.  We will review your preliminary rental inquiry form and determine if we want to invite you to schedule a tour.  After the tour, you will have the opportunity to complete and submit a full rental application along with the application fee.  During the application process, we will verify your information that you have given and determine if we would like to offer you an opportunity to sign a lease.  Submitting the preliminary rental inquiry form, touring the home, submitting a formal application, or paying an application fee DOES NOT and WILL NOT guarantee you will be offered an opportunity to sign a lease with us.  However, by submitting the preliminary rental inquiry form, you will be able to feel more confident in your application knowing that you will only get to tour the home and submit a formal application (and application fee) if we truly feel you could potentially be one of our most qualified candidates.
